Measure C Carpool Program

Thanks to Fresno County voters who passed the Measure C ½-cent transportation sales tax in November 2006, a new program - The Measure C Carpool Program is available to provide incentives to commuters. The Council of Fresno County Governments and the Fresno County Transportation Authority kicked off the new Measure C Carpool Program on July 1, 2009.

You could win a monthly $1,000 cash prize for carpooling! Each eligible entry also qualifies participants for the annual Grand Prize Drawings, that will be held July 2010 to give away a new hybrid car and four other fabulous prize packages!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Register yourself at Valleyrides.com
Carpool at least twice a week with at least one other person to work or school
Complete a Carpool Commute Log and submit it online
At the end of every month, we'll do a random drawing of all eligible Commute Logs submitted and give away $1,000!!

PARTNERSHIPS
Join us as a Sponsoring Partner, Participating Partner, or Both:
Sponsoring Partners will provide additional subsidy funds to help leverage Measure C Dollars, or they may provide all or portions of the Grand Prize Packages to be awarded in July 2010. Sponsoring Partners would receive recognition for their partnership relative to the value of their contribution.

Participating Partners will help us get the word out about the Measure C Carpool Program to their employees, clients or other contacts by distributing, posting or forwarding information supplied by the Measure C Carpool staff. Participating Partners will receive recognition for their partnership throughout the year.
