Earn Rewards for Carpooling

CarPerks rewards commuters for ride-sharing in Fresno County. If you're 18 or older and carpool throughout Fresno County, you can earn points by logging your trips.

How It Works:

  • Your carpool must start and/or end in Fresno County.
  • If you meet this requirement, you can log your trips and earn Commute Points.
  • The more you carpool and log your trips, the more points you earn!

What You Need to Log a Trip:

To qualify for the Measure C Point Program, each Commute Log must include:

  • Date of your rideshare trip
  • Start and end locations
  • Number of passengers
  • Mode of transportation (Carpool)

Start logging your trips and earn rewards for making a difference!

Earn 1 point per rideshare trip when you log correctly. A round-trip earns 2 points!
All approved logs automatically count toward the Measure C Point Program.

Rules and Eligibility:

When you submit a Commute Log electronically through Valleyrides and you are a registered participant, you earn points for each rideshare trip. You get 2 Commute Points per day if you rideshare both to and from a location. For example, commuting round-trip Monday through Friday earns you 10 points for the week. The more days you rideshare, the faster your points add up. Everyone has the same number of opportunities to submit Commute Logs throughout the year to collect their points. As your points add up, so do your opportunities to win rewards.

  • All participants have until the last day of each month at midnight to enter logs to be counted.
  • To be eligible to redeem your prize, you must have complete, correct account information within Valleyrides and submitted to Valleyrides staff if asked.
  • The selection process is fair, anonymous, affordable, and efficient.

Tips for Carpool Success:

  • Plan for delays—what happens if someone is late or the driver is unavailable?

Be courteous to the passengers and driver.

Maintain your car before issues arise and impact the carpool. Obey the traffic rules, remember to drive safely and defensively, and wear your seat belts. Remember, don’t text and drive!
